Kale and Garbanzo Bean Sautee
I came up with this one as a week day option that is an easy and nutritious side dish. This kale and garbanzo bean sautée is rich in Vitamin A and C, iron and potassium. It's very quick to prepare and delicious!

Servings: 3

Ingredients:
Garlic- 2 cloves
Extra virgin olive oil- 3 tbsp
Sea salt- 0.2 tsp
Ground black pepper- 1 dash
Kale, washed and chopped- 5 cups (one bunch)
Organic garbanzo beans- 0.5 cup
​
Method:
1) Heat pan on medium heat and once hot, add olive oil.
2) Lower heat to low and add garlic cloves (whole)
3) Add kale and cover for 5 minutes
4) Add salt, pepper and garbanzo beans, stir.
5) Remove garlic cloves
