Avocado bowls
Ingredients:
1 medium avocado
4 small grape tomatoes, cut
1 tablespoon walnuts
2 basil leaves (or herb of your choice)
Sea salt
Crushed black pepper

Method:
Cut avocado in half, scoop out
Put in bowl, add cut up tomatoes, sea salt and pepper to taste.
Tear up basil leaves and add mixture back to "bowls" (avocado skins).
Sprinkle the basil and walnuts on top.
